When a seller lists real estate for sale, whether it is in Naples, Florida or elsewhere, it is important to be prepared to handle any offers that come through. The timing of this article is intentional as the market has seen more people writing offers than in recent times. Sometimes, an offer comes in right away that is acceptable and the real estate is sold. However, how should a seller handle an offer that is too low or even so low that it becomes offensive?
