For the month of March, Briar Landings at The Enclave has reduced the price by $10,000 on three one bedroom, one bath units to $149,900 and $10,000 on three two bedroom, two bath units to $189,900. Furthermore, outstanding incentives exist for buyers that use our preferred lender–Buyers will receive one year of homeowner’s association fees paid, closing costs paid (up to 3%), a one-year home warranty, and up to $2,500 to spend on upgrades or additional months of HOA fees!
